Reporting Win7 UX to Microsoft

I'm posting this using WinXP (my usual OS), and Win7 runs on the same hardware except it's a separate boot disk (ie, not a dual boot system).

I know I can click a link on the Win7 desktop to report problems etc, but how can I do the same from a machine not running Win7? Is there a URL that can be made sticky on this forum, perhaps?

In particular I want to direct them here - a solution (albeit trivial).
