I spend a lot of time here because this work has been my primary therapy for a nearly hopeless case of PTSD which has a 30% suicide rate but which has completely stabilized in these past five years.

I have learnt alot just from reading your advice to others. So please know, you are also influencing others and helping them to deepen their own knowledge. You give great advice, like a lot of people on these forums. I am glad I found this forum, it has given me a purpose to use my spare time on and to try and help others in some way. All of you are a great inspiration, that you use your time in this manner to help others who need it.
