To miss-quote a famous saying "I have only reached these lofty heights because I stand on the shoulders of giants",

The help & guidance I have received from John, Shawn & Aaron, goes mainly unseen, but I can assure you there is not a better team on the web.

You look at other sites, that are a lot quieter than our forums, and you see huge teams of Admins & Moderators, on some, indeed, it does seem there are more Chiefs than Indians.

Here the team "at the top" is Small but efficient.

The main reason for this efficiency are the other giants of our forums - the members - the members here make management relatively easy, as they are well informed and skilled not only in the technical disciplines, but also in the social graces required to achieve smooth running in all we do,

This is what makes these forums special and I'd like to thank all of you

Thanks Gary, I've found the original PSD file, just not had chance to make any mods yet. I may do some other minor mods other than the just the badge, but will upload this shortly for use in the interim
