There is no way to join the team . Just carry on good graphical works, try to help others with your graphics, and dont compromise with quality .

One day it may come, suddenly; if all are happy with your works, including the mods and admins .

So what is needed is to help others with better and better graphical works :D And most important is, believe yourself as a part of GFX team.
