In fact, they are not from buffalo. Instead they are from a cross between a buffalo and a hen. This offspring of two completely different species is called Buffalo hen, or shortly Ben.

The biggest producer of of buffalo wings is a company called Ben & Jerry's, so called because their two main products, buffalo wings from Ben and Jerry, a cross between Jalapeños and berries.

No. That would refer to a product said company discontinues to produce due to protests from SAFAD (Save A Fish A Day), a cross between Herring and Strawberry. Herry was especially popular in Siberia and parts of Nova Scotia before company decided to end it's production, to please fish lovers and avoid law suits.
