Well you can't be skilled if you don't know anything. As stated before, badges are earned. That's like making you CEO of Microsoft when you know nothing about computers. Plus, you don't have 100 rep. You need to meet all of those conditions before you get a badge. So 40 more rep and it's yours.

Hang around for awhile, I didn't know anything when I first got here. This is a great place to learn, before you know it somebody see's you learning and helping, and the badge will come. Just be patient it'll come.
