SF Team have access to the SF Team lounge, and they get a pretty badge. That's just about it.

For a while, SF Team could give neg rep, but that is disabled ATM, due to some abuse. Also disabled ATM, are infractions, which are warnings basically.

Agreed, it's all about helping others out. Recognition doesn't mean squat to me.
