I think Nigel is talking about the second gold pip, and the newly appeared star. The second gold pip used to be 10,000 now its just double the total of the others. Ask John for clarification.

Yes it's more achievable now John did explain things but basically it's double of the previous pip rep wise for each extra - I think

@Jfar John has re structured the pips and will be changing the relevant thread to show the changes soon - basically should mean that the gold pips are more often awarded
