Request: Broken windows 7 theme

I used to have broken aero for windows Vista (This one) when 7 wasn't out and recently i've been looking for a broken aero theme for windows 7 but alas, i haven't found one. Would somebody be so kind as to send me a link if it actually does exist and if not would anybody consider making one?

It is only for Windowblinds and only for Vista. No one had ported it to Windows 7. You'd need Windowblinds 7, and even then, I don't believe it would work. You could ask the creator if he plans a Windows 7 version, but I see a comment there already asking, and no reply. Sorry.

Well i wouldn't mind making it myself. I've got Visual style builder 1.4 but i have no idea how it works. i would only need a pretty detailed explanation/tutorial. and if needed some other software.
