[REQUEST] Can someone help me make this theme for someone?

He promised to pay me $10 if i helped him with it, here is what he wants.

only a few things he wants to be changed though from this picture:

• Need meters for 4 CPU's instead of 2 (Move CPU1 and CPU2 up, then fit those underneath)
• Need name of month to be in English
• Will need to assist in installation of script

You could learn to manage all the skin - is quite easy if you know some code programming and rainmeter offer's you a good help,not only how to change and personalize the skin ,but how to made new one.
