I have this file picture but unfortunately the resolution is very small. Could some of you Photoshop maestros sort of edit this picture so it becomes 1600x900 res where the circuits take up the entire wallpaper.

Not by stretching it but copying certain parts of the picture and pasting them around the edges. Normally i could do this but the circuitry is a little too complex.

edit: The picture is in .png format, so it's transparent, not white.
