Resolution issues after reboot (No updates, No changes)

Hello, since i shut down my computer last night I had a weird issue after i booted it back up again.

I currently use my TV as my monitor with a resolution of 3840X2160 (or well was after this weird thing happened)

Because when i started up my computer my MSI logo and Windows 7 boot was normal but when i got to my desktop it showed this : https://gyazo.com/6dd9dfef47bbedc26518e8f23172146d

I have no idea what caused this, updates i install manually and the last thing i do was play a game called cuphead which was working fine and then i shutdown my computer normally.

I couldn't find anything on google regarding my issue so i tried this website for the first time.

(I contacted Microsoft support without great succes, they made me reinstall my graphics drivers update my pc and such but i kind of knew that was not going to help alot hah.
ALSO There is no restore point i can go back to which might be kind of a troublesome thing.

Currently the only thing i can do is use 1920x1080 which ofcourse i'd prefer not too
(Which magically works)
