Resolution Question

I have a 1920x1080 resolution and I was wondering if I could lower it to a lower setting but get a clear screen. The next setting is 1366x768 and I chose that but everything is not crystal clear or sharp. I have a Nvidia GT 130m graphics card I know that card should have no problem displaying a 1366x768 resolution clearly.

Not quite true they can support smaller resolution as well...

You cannot change the native resolution of a display. It's simply the way it is. The panel has a certain number of pixels that make up the native resolution. The only way to change the native resolution would be to PHYSICALLY remove the pixels from the display.

I will tell you, but I want to know why you want to set to lower (worse) resolution...
I have 1920x1080 monitor & nVidia 8500GT, and all runs well....

Will not if you choose same accept ratio resolution as native resolution...

What monitor do you have that is 16" and supports 1920x1080. Mine does this resolution, but it's a 23" widescreen.

It will... New resolution change features are added in nVidia Control Panel...
You can make your own custom resolution

Nice, I might have to look into something like this...that kinda resolution on a laptop would be awesome.
