Resolution stuck on 800x600

Hello! Few days ago while lpaying game my pc froze, i restarted it by holding power button for 5 sec when i turned pc back on it was in 800x600 resolution n i couldnt change it. Im sure this has something to do with video card n video card drivers becouse this is what i get when i go in device manager View image: screenshot !

P.S.
I'm sorry for my bad english or not giving enough info about situation, but its really late, im tyred n i have tryed to fix this whole day tho nothing helped, i can update info if u specify me what u need to know, just please help me i dont know what to do anymore and i need pc for work

So i filled out specs and i was runing nVidia 320.49 driver witch was working well for a month or so and then crashed ( i aloso tryed uninstaling it n running older - 320.18)

I opened up pc and looked at card, the fan on it was still working, mby card is half damaged, but is there a way to be sure?

Try uninstalling the card and all drivers then remove the card from the slot. Replace it and reboot, then resinstall the latest driver but be sure to perform a clean install.
