Hello,
I have an HP laptop running Win7. It was upgraded from the original Vista OS. I have used Performance Monitor extensively in the past (launched from the Task Manager Performance tab). But recently it does not start. I get sort of the outline of a window but that's all that happens, and the only option of to close the window and it appears to close normally. Does anyone know how i could fix this?
Thanks,
Stephen
