My issue is that pressing the restart button from the start menu makes the clock reset to 12am 2020 when it turns back on. It also makes my taskbar behave weirdly. However shutting the PC down and turning it back on (without using the restart button specifically) fixes everything. This is just an annoying bug because it messes with my workflow, especially since I almost exclusively use the machine for remote headless server usage. Meaning i'm constantly running into this issue.
Any help or sympathy is appreciated.
