Well I just want to thank everyone for you're help. I have installed Win7 HE along with updates, Kaspersky AV, and most of the other programs I previously had. Everything is running great so far, shutdowns and restarts are more than twice as fast as before. Once again thanks everyone, your help was appreciated.
