Solved Restore Default Folder Icons

Hello, I have a problem.
I dont know how to restore my icon folders. Any idea?

i used the icon cache but the full icon folders didnt change...

i disabled the thumbmails and now its ok. thx for the help. One more question. How do i change the icon from my hard disks?
