Hello, I'm having trouble viewing my sound recorder. When I click on the recorder it comes up with a small box that shows where to click to start recording, and stop recording, how long the recording was, and re-play.
I did something wrong at some point. When I first began using sound recorder and opened it up there were all kinds of selections that were on board like echo, reverse play, etc...I would like to have those options back when I open it. Can anyone give me advice on how to restore it to that setting? Thanks in advance for any help you can provide. If I can be of more assistance please contact me.

What you get when you open Sound Recorder is exactly the same as I get. It must have been some other program, possibly "Audacity" or some other application that came with the PC or the sound driver.

A lot of HP's came with "Beats Audio" which is sound enhancements.
