Restore to beginning

I have had The Sims, Sims 2, and Sims 3 in my computer....I have taken them all out and just want to reinstall The Sims. There is so much garbage in there, it won't let me.
I tried restoring to what it was when I bought it and there is an option to do that, but, I have done it twice and there is still all that crap in there.
Everything I have is on my flash drive, so, I have it all backed up. I just want to get all the little pieces of junk out of my computer.....HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
