Restored my laptop, now the taskeng.exe keeps popping up...

I restored my laptop about a week ago and Norton was put back on, caused my AVG to go insane. I uninstalled it and my AVG stopped popping up with viruses in my username/app file.
Now it keeps popping up every 10 minutes the taskeng.exe and a message with an error.
