Win 7 64-bit Home Premium Dell Inspiron 15R N5110
I am trying to restore the documents folder from an image I made 2 days ago. I forgot to copy the files there onto my backup drive
I've followed the process of preparing a VDH off the tutorial from this forum and I've selected my VDH, but I can only go down as far as the User folder. I cannot access the documents folder because it stops at the Username folder. It's not a permissions error, its just the windows explorer takes a very long time to load. The green progress bar in the file path never hits the red X at the end.
Is there a way around this? Like booting from a repair disk and doing a selective restore on the Documents folder?
Thanks.
