Restoring Icons?

I used a registry add to remove the arrows from the icons, well I OCed my memory and left it on with a benchmark running to see if it was stable, It BSODed and when I rebooted with new settings to the memory all my desktop icons were missing the lower left corners to them ( see image )

If anyone knows how to restore desktop icons like in XP with tweakUI that would be great!

Winbubble might help, bottom left under the General tab untick it and click Apply:
