Hi all,

Does anyone know a way of "restricting" the maximize area? What I want to do is use the maximize button to make my windows fill a pre-defined area so that they don't overlap the dock and gadgets.

Hope that makes sense. I don't believe it's possible without employing a 3rd party app - anyone know one?

Cheers,

Kev

I don't think there is but you look at making your dock & gadgets setup as 'Always on Top'.

Hope this helps :)

Yeah but then they tend to get in the way.
