Retrieve safe sender list from backup image

OK, this may not be possible, bit I can but ask.
I have a backup image of my system (which for some reason will not restore).
I am running Microsoft Office 2010 on Windows XP.
Is there a way for me to retrieve my safe senders list from the backup image (I can explore it)?

If that backup image is a VHD, you can attach it with Disk Management > Action tab. Then you can open it like any volume.
