I just got a new computer, and want to get the copy of office 2007 from an old computer, but have run out of installs. Is there any way I can uninstall office from the old computer and put it on the new?

Yes, you can uninstall from the old computer and reinstall on a new one. But, since the allowed number of installs have run out, the copy will likely fail online activation on the new machine, you will need to contact the Microsoft Office Activation line. See this page.
