Right click is Left Clicking (Synaptics)

Really ready to unistall this driver at this point in time but then i'll be stuck with the unbarable tap2click which i can't disable since i'm defaulted back to Microsoft's mouse drivers. So it turns out my right click works just fine, It's just for some reason Synaptics disables my right click. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi did you get the synaptics from Lenovo for your model laptop? if not use that instead.
