Right-Click Menu Changed

So this is kind of a weird issue.

I just noticed that my right-click menu is different. It used to be more rounded and slick looking, but now when I say, right-click on a file, it the right-click menu shows as a basic, not-pretty-looking thing now.

Is it my imagination? It very well could be but I'm not sure. Feels like my head is playing tricks on me now.

Has anyone seen this before? I checked out the display and appearance options but didn't see anything that had changed or would even affect this.

I don't know what you mean.. Is your right click menu different here is mine is it that same as yours?

Well then it must be my imagination.

It's the menu from right-clicking on files/folders specifically that for some reason looks different to me. I guess my lack of sleep is making me loopy.

Here's a screencap of what I'm talking about though. It just seemed like it looked different from before but apparently not.

That's about right. The icons for some programs in Win 7 are ugly too.
