Hi,

After the latest windows auto-update (I have Win 7 Ultimate), when I right click on my desktop or any file/folder on my desktop, the right click menu only stays open for a second or less then disappears. It's nearly impossible to select any option it goes away so quickly. I haven't changed or installed anything expect the auto update for windows. I do run Norton but I've always had it and this is a new problem. Anyone also run into this?

Thanks.
Colin

Hello Colin, and welcome to Seven Forums.

What was the Windows Update for?

You might see if running a sfc /scannow command may be able to help. If not, then other than a repair install, you might do a system restore using a restore point dated before you install the update.

Hope this helps,
Shawn
