Right click menu display issues

When i right click in explorer or most programs I cannot see anything on the menu until I mouse over that specific item. It does not happen on the menu on the task bar or other programs that have built in menu systems (paint)

If this has just happened recently, then you might see if doing a system restore using a restore point dated before this happened may be able to fix it for you.
