Hi mehdircm.

Use ShellExView - Shell Extension Manager For Windows

First disable all third party Shell Extensions. Then restart the computer and observe if the same crash is taking place or not. If not, A third party shell is the culprit.

Now you may minimize the actual culprit out, by adding the disabled items one by one.

But if the situation is the same even after disabling all the third party shell extensions, Run SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Let us know the results.
