Hi guys...I have this weird problem..
I noticed this problem when i turned on my notebook and happened to go into one of the folders where I had all my wallpapers..I tried to right click on it and the hour glass showed up and did nothing...it froze and the window eventually closed by itself..This happens for the first 3 to 4 minutes after reboot and then everything turns back to normal..I have win 7 home premium 64 bit and microsoft security essentials and super antispyware..Windows is updated whenever required...Help would be really appreciated..
Thank you.

Welcome
It sounds like after a reboot there is some process that is using memory and it slows up every thing else. See if a clean boot can help diagnose
How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7
Also, run a full anti virus scan and downloand and make full scan with malwarebytes. Make sure you update them first.
After this is solved, I would use Malwarebytes for a once a week scan. You need only the free version.

You are welcome, but you are only half done. Put the start up items back a few at a time. In that way we can determine the actual cause and solve it.

Disabling any of the "updater" tools renders your system vulnerable to security risks. When updates are released to address those risks, you won't know about them.
