Jerome,
You seem to be making this as difficult as possible.

If you want continued help from the several very experienced members that are try to help you, as mentioned, fill out your System Specs - Completely.

Describe all the symptoms you are having, adding them one at a time won't help anyone diagnose this issue.

From the info you have given so far, this is what I recommend.

1 Long Beep, 2 Short Beeps
One long beep followed by two short beeps indicates that there has been a checksum error. This means that there is some kind of motherboard issue. Replacing the motherboard should fix this problem.

Could be caused by the PSU, test and/or replace.

Could be caused by the Graphics Card, replace it with a new one.

If that doesn't fix it then:
Replace the motherboard.

If that doesn't fix it then:
Replace the RAM.

If that doesn't fix it then:
Replace the CPU.

If that doesn't fix it then:
Replace the HDD.

If that doesn't fix it then:
Replace the keyboard and mouse.

If that doesn't fix it then:
Replace the computer.

Or, you could give us something to go on, check for BSoD generated mini dumps, check your event logs, check that all your drivers are up to date.

What other information do you need. I was asked to supply motherboard information, which I did, I was asked to supply video card information, which I did. At times the Motherboard Chip fan stops spinning, then with a little help, it resumes spinning. It is a old computer, roughly 6 years old, I consider it my heavy netbook Beside the PSU and Case which are pretty good parts blended with old parts

I Googled the model number that you gave for the motherboard, and found nothing. However, going through the possibilities for 1 long and 2 short beeps, it appears that you are correct in that it is a problem with the video card.

Okay, ECS rather than ESC. It appears that has an Award BIOS, therefore the beeps are for a video failure.

Can you remove the side of the case and point a small portable fan right at the motherboard? If your chipset is overheating that could cause all sorts of problems, including the one you're having now. If the problem stops after getting some cool air blowing on it you'll know that's it.

Everything is pointing to the video card, so far.

Can you remove the side of the case and point a small portable fan right at the motherboard? If your chipset is overheating that could cause all sorts of problems, including the one you're having now. If the problem stops after getting some cool air blowing on it you'll know that's it.
