They did not have my phone. My phone was free. I am beginning to see why. Thanks

Although I'm happy to see it showed up in Win7's Printers and Devices screen, it seems like the phone was locked. Sorry to hear that.

Btw I don't live in USA - we've always had to pay full price for stuff in this neck of the woods, so I've never dealt with locked devices before. Good luck with your next purchase though!
