Hey guys, I recently went to open a folder from rocket dock and I got this message from Stacks Docklet: The Operating System Denied Access To The Specified File. So I tried opening it without the stacks docklet and the "Open With" program pops up... .exe files open fine like firefox and itunes but folders and stuff like 'my music' don't. Can somebody help me?

Are you running RocketDock As Administrator?

It's been a while since I set up RocketDock. But I don't have any stacks. I use Standalone Stacks 2 on the Taskbar. There must be a reason why I abandoned efforts to get it to work directly in RD. SS2 uses the same DLL. Seems to work better on Taskbar than on the dock. I use SS2 on both Vista 64 bit and W7 32 bit. Works pretty well.

I took into consideration your first post and it was running as administator so I tried selecting 'Take Ownership' and it worked. Thanks lol.

Believe it or not when you said exe worked but folders didn't I was going to mention my folders are not under Program Files. I have a folder with subfolders all categorized shortcuts sitting in Documents. I dragged the subfolders onto the dock and made custom icons for each category. But because I don't use stacks on the dock I went that route. Anyway, glad you got it fixed. :)
