Rollback option in 'sources' folder for 7 RC

hey guys
i have installed the RC on both my computer and my dads'. thing is, we have a download limit (10gb) on our bt account, and downloaded 2x 2.5gb for the rc to install, one for me, one for dad. i want to go back to vista, but i dont have a system image of it, and everywhere i look people say i cannot uninstall the rc. i looked through the folders the download contained, and found under the sources folder the setup application, and another that is called 'rollback'. does this roll back to the previous version of windows, and has anyone tried it?

You can't downgrade to Vista, you will only be able to upgrade to a newer build, however if you were upgrading and at some point it failed then it would roll back to the previous OS.

Why did you download the same build twice, you can use the same ISO to install on as many machines as you like and the Keys are also universal and can be used on as many machines as you like?

well i didnt know that at the time but thanks anyway. winrar works to extract iso files- will winzip work?

You don't extract the files from the ISO you just use a program like UltrISO or PoweISO to either mount the image or burn it to disc.

winrar works! my dad doesnt like me installing stuff on his cpu, except he had a look at the rc and sed yes, u can download it. he's only got winzip installed will it work???!!!

No it won't work, you will need one of the programs I mentioned above or something similar, I think image burn does the job as well.
