Sounds like you've got a lot of downloaded films?
Ive only used 30GB on my drive, basically just the OS and pictures.
Have a look at your folders, see what you can move to another medium.

If you have a Windows.OLD folder that might be using a lot of space.
You could use a program such as Wiztree (free) to more easily see where space is being used.
They have a portable zip available, no install needed.
Antibody Software - WizTree finds the files and folders using the most disk space on your hard drive
