Not sure this is right forum, but.....In trying to regain my Windows 7 "Start" button after an ill-advised downloading of the Windows 8 preview, I've worked my way through the registry to the "Explorer" folder, but there's no RPE listing in right-hand panel.
What gives? Or, better, what do I do next?

So far in the Windows 8 CP release, you will not be able to disable the Metro UI like in the previous releases.
