RTC accuracy test failure

I'm still pretty new to these forums so if this is in the wrong area, move it to the correct place.
I was wondering if someone had this same problem before and can give me an answer. Today I ran the My Dell pc checkup default scan. Everything passed except the usual DVD-RW Drive tests which have always been unsupported, and the RTC Accuracy Test failed. It had also failed the week before as well. The error code I get is WSB01-HFZ I looked online a lot and couldn't find much except that this could mean the CMOS battery is dying or there's something wrong with the motherboard?

Hm well it is true that I've had no problems with the laptop time being accurate. I've run the diagnostic again, for the third time and it still gives the same error. So is it safe to say that it might be a false alarm? This is the first time it's given me this error. My computer isn't that slow. Though it does give me a blank screen for several seconds before going to the login screen after booting and sometimes gives me a blank screen again after logging in then loading the taskbar, background, and applications.

IMO i do not rate PC Doctor as being accurate .. Also really surprised Dell is still churning out that Bloatware ..

Other Members of course might have a different view ... Shall have to wait and see

Alright. Well at least I can say it's accurate with some things. Months ago it gave me a warning about the battery. This last week I did start to get a warning about replacing my battery where the battery icon was. Just got the new battery yesterday, re-ran the diagnostic today and the battery warning is gone.
