Solved Run dlg, lists all previous commands

How do I stop "Run" dialog remembering previously run commands ?

I have spent over 4 hours researching this problem, in SevenForums tutorials (with "Run" as filter) and DuckDuckGo search

Nothing in Tutorials under "R" either SevenForums.com Tutorials - Filter:= "R"
