Run-Time Error 521

I get a run-time error 521 when I try to print from the US Power Squadron's Celestial Tools. Their website says Windows 7 users will need to go to this website to find a missing Compatibility Tab for the Properties section of the software. I have no problems doing regular printing with my Toshiba Satellite dual core lap top and my Brother MFC-255cw printer using WiFi.
