im haveing some trouble trying to run Mac OS X as a virtual OS on my laptop every time i go to start the OS i get an error message saying "Mac OS X is not supported with software virtualization. To run Mac OS X you need a host on which VMware Player supports hardware virtualization." what does this mean? does it mean i need a different version of VMware? i hope someone on hear can help me
OSX runs horribly slow under virtualization. I just wanted to let you know before you spend lots of time to get it working only to find out it will take like 5 minutes to boot and perform terribly.

Been alright for me. Boot time in VMWare is faster than what my Seven boots as. I've tried it in both VMWare and Virtual Box, and VMWare is a lot faster with it.
What processor do you have? And which version of OS X are you trying to run?

I've only done done a VM with 10.6. I've heard 10.4 wasn't that great in virtualisation, and 10.5 could be all right at times. And that's with a 9550 too and 6GB RAM.
