Runtime error When trying to install SAMSUNG MAGICIAN 6.2.1 !

I had the same issue, then I downloaded the samsung magician version 5.1 and when it installed it said that my microsoft c++ was not updated all the way and I needed the 2015 version and then it proceeded to update that for me. Once that was complete, i closed out the version 5.1 magician setup and reopened the version 7.2 and it installed properly all the sudden. So looks like that was the update that worked for me.
