I have two laptops, both are allowed on my workplace domain and have been connected to that network. Both are Windows 7 Pro machines. Both are connected to my home network successfully. One will connect without issue via RWW to my remote workplace server and client workstations. One will login successfully to RWW using Administrator username and password. It will navigate to the point of selecting the "Connect" button and then a blank page with "Done" in the lower left corner of the page.

What I have tried...eerything! LOL!

I made sure that Remote Desktop was activated in Windows 7 by selecting allow remote access and allowing users of my domain computers access.

I disabled pop ups (and re-enabled then disabled again pop ups)

I checked that all pertinent services were running in services.msc.

While I realize that this is a client based problem, for the life of me I cannot find it. Help please!!!
