I'm just wondering why I'm not able to have my Saitek Eclipse II keyboard not being able to work. There are no drivers for it, and for my XP it was a simply plug & play. I just got this computer from Cyberpower as a full machine but with no OS. The only thing installed is 7 and I checked inside of the BIOS for the plug & play to be enabled and everything is right now. I'm currently using an older keyboard that uses the purple plug and even when I put my Saitek into that plug, via converter from USB, it still doesn't want to work. Anyone have any suggestions on what should be done.

Hi and welcome to SF.

Could you tell us some more abt your computer (OS, ram, etc) and abt the keyboard. Is it natively din 9 converted to usb, or something else?

Um... ok. I basically got this computer with everything wired and thrown into the motherboard, which is a ASUS M3A76-CM, and I went about installing Windows 7, 32bit myself on my 500GB hard drive. The processor is a AMD Athlon 7850 Duel-Core 2.8 GHz and my video card is a NVIDIA GeForce GSX 250. I'm using onboard sound and this is my first computer in a long time and this is my first one where I had to start everything from scratch. I'm currently having the issue with not being able to have my Saitek keyboard not connecting and my video card not wanting to keep my desktop background when I go to play a game or something of that sort.
