Samsung HD not working

My Samsung HD M2 Portable 3 750 GB is not working :( When i connect it to the PC . The blue light blinks and it is coming in the device manager.. however that particular drive is not coming in My Computer and I am not able to view files .


Kindly advise me on what can me done??? :mad::mad::mad:
