Samsung laptop won't boot just blinking cursor after it says system re

So i was updating windows and my computer died before I could plug in. Now all it does is say system resuming followed by a black screen with blinking cursor. I can't get any of the f keys to work. I can hit escape though and it says

Please select boot device:
P2: tsstcorp dvdwbd ts-lb23a
P0: hitachi hts
Enter setup

If i choose the p0 or the p2 it goes to the black blinking cursor screen.
Setup sends me to the aptio setup utility but nothing i do seems to get me anywhere.

So any suggestions on how to get my computer up and running?

Can you get in BIOS? Try loading defaults if so.

I think the aptio setup utility is bios but i don't know what to do from there.

Can you take photos of the menus and post here? Maybe we can spot something.
