Samsung Recovery Soultion Problem

I'm in the process of trying to reformat a Samsung laptop because it was hit with a rootkit but I'm running into a little problem. I cannot get pass this error with the Samsung Recovery Solution. While trying to do a reformat, I receive an error saying "An error occurred while reading the restore image file". The problem is, it already whipped out everything on the HD already.

From the description in this link: (How To Use Samsung Recovery Solution 4 : Netbooks | Samsung), it looks like you have to browse for the saved restore file on your drive. If there is no such file, it looks like it has nothing to recover FROM.
