I'm having trouble getting my Win 7 PC to see my Galaxy S6 Verizon phone. It works find with my Win 10 Laptop.
When I plug the USB cable into the PC it shows the Phone but that is it. It will not open.
Are there drivers for my PC somewhere?

With the S6 attached to the computer open device manager to see if there is any yellow alerts of missing drivers.
I think you need to install Kies.
