Samsung Solstice II

Not sure if anyone has a Samsung Solstice II, and is into phone hacking/modding. Basically I am looking for a way to get into the file system of the phone so that I can load apps and games onto it without having to do it OTA (over the air) because I don't have a data plan.
There was an application called TKFE that worked with the Solstice I (as well as tons of other Samsung phones) but it doesn't work with the Solstice II. So if anyone knows of another application that achieves the same thing, but works with the Solstice II it would be muchly appreciated. Cheers.

There should be a sync program for that phone that would let you drop programs into through USB. I once had a Pantech phone which used a proprietary platform as well which I could do that with. I eventually just switched to a Windows Phone 7 though, way easier.

Yeah there is a sync program, but unfortunately they've locked down what you can and cannot get into. It will only let you manipulate pictures, audio and video, it won't let you into the games or apps folders.
